Key Responsibilities:- Compensation Management
- Develop and maintain competitive salary structures and compensation policies.
- Conduct salary benchmarking with industry leaders and market analysis to ensure compensation packages align with market standards.
- Ensure compensation and benefits decisions comply with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, share awards, and benefits information.
- Update new joiners and resignees for share plans and verify costs for billing.
- Update shareholdings for HODs for reporting.
- Support the Senior Manager in implementing compensation review processes, including salary increases, bonuses, and incentive programs.
- Benefits Administration
- Administer and review employee benefits programs, including medical, group insurance, wellness programs, and other benefits.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure smooth plan administration, timely renewals, and cost-effective solutions.
- Review costs and benefits assumptions for annual budgeting exercises.
- Initiate and implement changes to benefits policies and programs in line with statutory guidelines and/or market practices.
- Ensure compensation and benefits policies are updated on staff intranet.
- Partner with corporate and overseas subsidiaries on aligning Group benefits policies where required.
- Work with HR Ops to advise employees on their benefits queries.
- Coordinate and champion the Care Ambassador program.
- Performance Appraisal
- Set up and upload employee details and reporting structures into the system annually.
- Update and launch mid-year and year-end performance management exercises.
- Work with Digital Office to ensure the system is updated and tested for each exercise.
- Work with HR Business Partners during year-end calibration exercises.
- Prepare and upload eLetter templates into HRIS for release to employees.
- Sales Commission
- Verify and compute sales commissions with line managers.
- Analyze and check data cleanliness, clarifying with line managers as required.
- Summarize and submit commission reports to higher management for approval.
- Rewards and Recognition Program
- Review nominations in line with past benchmarks for consistency and equity.
- Revert to nominators on final awards to nominees.
- Prepare monthly EDMs to announce awardees.
- General Support
- Assist HR team members with compensation and benefits-related tasks and special projects as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements regarding compensation and benefits.

Global Training
- Identify trainers and trainees to join each Global Training session based on set criteria (leave dates, case requirement, outages per case)
- Work with relevant stakeholders (HR team, Global Training team, Staffing team, Case supervisors, etc.) to ensure all parties are updated with the latest list of participants and take necessary actions
- Update the internal team spreadsheet and global training dashboard to keep track of all participant status, their travel plan, and leave days
- Launch a survey to capture logistics information and update the information in the relevant systems
- Monitor participants’ leave plan to ensure this fits with the set guideline/policy. Check in with the individuals if required
- Answer any queries that participants/ trainers have regarding training
Case Team Survey (CTSU) monthly report
- Collate information from the system and analyze each month’s CTSU data
- Prepare materials to share monthly CTSU outcomes with the office including scores, verbatim, and any specific call outs
- Draft emails for office communication
- Share important insights that require PD's team attention and action
Upward Feedback (UF) review cycle
- Prepare nomination lists to send out to respective UF recipients
- Monitor responses and chase delinquent review writers
- Update automatic trigger list with new cases
- To work with the team to prepare the individual results to be sent out at the end of the cycle
Data reporting
- Churn out raw data (i.e. Employee list, Staffing Raw Data, Mentor Mentee pairing) and park it in designated folders for the team’s further analysis
- Update mentor mentee pairing dashboard on a regular basis
