Accountable on overall service level stability and functioning, with continuous enhancement to improve the service availability and customer experience
Security patches and deployments
- Perform security patch and change request deployments. Review all artefacts to ensure all passed the internal Change Control requirements. Provide supports in maintenance window and lead the Change team to ensure post implementation sanity tests completed successful
Monitoring, operations and SLA management
- Implement the platform and service observability and alert matrix. Be the first line of point of contract for monitoring and operations. Compile or verify SLA reports.
Platform enhancement and automation
- Work with the team to enhance the platform and provide automation solutions.
Clearance of Customer Tickets
- Monitor the incoming tickets raised by customers, prioritize and ticket clearance.
- Follow the defined SOP, work with partners to prioritize the incident and provide RCA and resolution within the SLA. Work with partners to compile and review the Incident RCA and SLA report
Skills for Success
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, IT or EEE or related
- 3-5 years industry experience working with DevSecOps function for complex systems
- Extensive knowledge and experience in cloud management, deployment, and support
- Extensive experience in cloud delivery and operations of multi-tenanted platforms
- Experience in problem resolution, incident and customer tickets resolutions
- Good knowledge of Cloud technology and services, ICT and Cloud Products
- Experience in platform and service monitoring and alerting
- Competent and experienced in platform and network Security.
- Strong results orientation and take ownership
- Excellent team player
- Proficient in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong hands-on experience on Linux OS and Serverless frameworks
- Possess solid knowledge and experience with containers and container orchestration tools
- Extensive experience networking (IP routing, DNS, Load Balancing, IPsec VPN, VPC, Subnets)
- Proficient in enabling security by design on platform and network levels, and managing firewall rules, IAM and proxies
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Practitioner of agile and DevSecOps practices and the usage of related CI/ CD tools such as Jira, Jenkins and configuration tools like Ansible, Chef and Puppet

Key Responsibilities
