Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience , preferably in consultancy
  • Experience in reward consulting, being able to discuss various topics of reward with the client and link this to the business needs
  • An understanding of customer service
  • Seasoned project manager in a client facing role
  • Proactively works to expand knowledge within the area of pay & benefits as well as other areas if needed
  • Develops an internal network of relationships to proactively share experience and learn
  • Seeks and acts on feedback, without defensiveness
  • Ensures understanding of deliverables and expectations

Qualifications and Skills

  • Certifications in Project Management are advantageous.
  • Working knowledge in MS Office, Project Management and Visio.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
