We are seeking a seasoned Airline Operations Specialist to oversee all aspects of air travel operations for the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing processes for air travel operations, promoting participation in industry conferences, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will conduct new aircraft entry into services, maintain flight licenses and medical certificates, and establish relationships with Civil Aviation Authorities.

Key Skills and Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in air travel operations, airlines, OEM pilot instructor, or OEM flight operations engineer.
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience for Embraer Products.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Portuguese and Microsoft Office.

  • Consult with product owners and SMEs to prioritize and shape the product backlog, using Agile best practices.

  • Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
  • Conduct Architecture Review Committee (ARC) reviews for design, cost, and security approval.
  • Deliver work products throughout the project lifecycle and provide updates to the team.
  • Develop project progress reports and identify areas for improvement.
Project Management Responsibilities
