Job Title: Senior Assignment Officer
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assignment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for planning and assigning equipment operators for various aircraft-related services.
- Plan and assign equipment operators for aircraft pushback/towing, water/toilet servicing and supply of GSE equipment.
- Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft towing and other utilities servicing activities.
- Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipment requirements/shortages.
- Maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with the equipment operators to ensure punctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services.
- Attend to customers' requests/complaints (where necessary).
- Update the duty supervisor on any delay.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating equipment assignments for efficient service delivery
- Liaising with internal teams for effective collaboration
- Ensuring timely communication with equipment operators
- Providing exceptional customer service
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Management
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Applications is an advantage
- Able to perform 12 hour rotating shift works
