Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Issue Resolution
First Point of Contact: Assist customers by responding to their inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing both basic technical issues and product questions.

Technical Troubleshooting: Guide customers through resolving common issues related to the Falcon platform, such as installation problems, configuration errors, and product usage concerns.

Product Guidance: Help customers understand how to use CrowdStrike’s cybersecurity solutions to ensure their systems remain secure and protected from cyber threats.

Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain records of issues and resolutions for future reference.

Comprehensive Training and Onboarding

Product Training: Participate in extensive training to become familiar with the Falcon platform, cybersecurity tools, and basic threat detection.

Cybersecurity Education: Learn the foundational concepts of cybersecurity, including common threats like malware, ransomware, and phishing attacks.

Customer Onboarding: Assist in guiding new customers through product setup and initial configurations, ensuring a smooth transition into using CrowdStrike’s solutions.

Customer Relationship Building

Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with customers, providing clear and empathetic communication throughout each interaction.

Follow-up: Ensure that customer issues are fully resolved and follow up to confirm customer satisfaction.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and escalate issues or suggestions to improve the product and customer support experience.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Escalation and Support: Work with senior team members and other departments, such as Technical Support and Incident Response, for more complex issues that require advanced technical expertise.

Knowledge Sharing: Contribute insights to improve team processes and help fellow team members resolve recurring issues more efficiently.

Ongoing Learning and Development

Continuous Improvement: Regularly update your knowledge of CrowdStrike’s products and cybersecurity best practices to improve your support capabilities.

Required Qualifications

The Senior Project Engineer will lead the technical delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects for mission-critical data centers.   • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Controls Engineering.

  • Prepare and update engineering documents such as I/O lists, point schedules, and cable routing layouts.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, MEP teams, and vendors to resolve technical queries.

Installation & Coordination

  • Supervise and coordinate BMS installation works to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Monitor subcontractor progress and quality of works.
  • Liaise with electrical, mechanical, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Testing & Commissioning

  • Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
  • Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
  • Verify alarm functions, control sequences, and graphics against specifications.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure works meet relevant standards and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and test results.
  • Report technical issues and propose solutions to the Senior Engineer or Project Manager.

Handover & Support

  • Assist in preparing as-built drawings, operation manuals, and training materials.
  • Support client handover and post-commissioning troubleshooting if required.

What we look for:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Controls Engineering.
  • BMS platform training (e.g., Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls) is an advantage.
  • Minium of 2 years of experience in BMS projects, ideally with exposure to mission-critical environments or enterprise-level data center projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, SNMP).
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP and control system drawings.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

What you will do:

As Senior Project Manager, you will supervises the execution of the most basic projects. Serves as primary on-site project leader, following standardized project management procedures. Uses standard tracking tools to report project progress. Evaluates project costs and progress against budget and plan.

How you will do it:

  • Strong fundamental knowledge of HVAC system and equipment.
  • Meeting with clients and establishing their requirements

What we look for:

  • Minimum B.Sc/B.Eng Electrical/Power/Mechanical or related field
  • 10-12 years working experience/knowledge of HVAC Retrofit, design and cost management as an HVAC Project Manager or similar position in Commercial, Institutional and Industrial Environment
  • Profound knowledge of Chiller Plant Optimization.
  • Strong Leadership & Team Player
  • Proficient in AUTOCAD, REVIT, Microsoft software (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint)

What you will do:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, integration, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) for mission-critical data center facilities. This role requires deep technical knowledge of BMS platforms, data center infrastructure systems, and strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards while meeting uptime and operational requirements.

How you will do it:

1. Project Planning & Execution  

  • Define BMS project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with data center design and operational requirements. 
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. 
  • Coordinate with design consultants, MEP engineers, IT teams, and BMS vendors to ensure integrated project delivery.

2. Technical Oversight

  • Oversee BMS design reviews, ensuring compliance with specifications, data center Tier standards, and client requirements. 
  • Ensure integration of BMS with other systems, including: 
  • Electrical Systems: UPS, switchgear, generator control panels. 
  • Mechanical Systems: chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, cooling towers, pumps.
  • Validate control logic, graphics, and alarm strategies.
  • Supervise installation, point-to-point testing, and commissioning.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management  

  • Manage vendor selection, tender evaluation, and contract negotiations for BMS packages.
  • Coordinate between multiple stakeholders including client, consultants, contractors, and equipment suppliers. 
  • Organize and lead project coordination meetings, documenting progress and action items.

4. Risk, Safety, and Compliance  

  • Identify risks related to schedule, quality, and integration; implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all works comply with workplace safety, data center operational protocols. 

5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

  • Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  • Oversee system integration testing (SIT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
  • Ensure proper documentation: as-built drawings, operation manuals, and training materials. 
  • Manage smooth handover to operations teams.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering.
  • PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Jace Easy IO Tridium Niagra, Siemens Desigo, Honeywell EBI, or Johnson Controls Metasys.
  • 5–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in BMS projects for mission-critical facilities or large commercial buildings.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex BMS integrations for enterprise-level data center projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, control systems architecture, and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, etc.).
  • Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and documentation tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in high-availability, fast-paced environments.
