Job Overview:


We are seeking a skilled Project Coordination Executive to join our team. This role involves coordinating meeting logistics, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking meeting rooms and preparing meeting materials.
  • Assist in documentation, including creating cover letters and scanning documents for viruses.
  • Monitor project assets, including OS patching schedules and asset virus scan schedules.
  • Update clearance lists for project personnel and assets.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team.

Requirements:


  • A Higher NITEC, Diploma or Degree in engineering or any discipline.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or project support role is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Objectives of this role
