The PMO Analyst is responsible for the overall program and project management office duties, supporting the Program and Project managers in overall project and program definition, execution and governance. The role will also support organizational activities and drive compliance within the project framework of the corresponding IT project. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Program and Project Management Office Coordinate and develop program/project plans, track, collate, and highlight changes to plans at agreed regular intervals. Track progress and performance of programs/projects against defined targets; analyze project data to identify weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary snags. Organize and facilitate project closure activities and complete benefits analysis at the end of the project. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Collate information on project milestones, deliverables and KPIs to prepare overall program and project status reports for management review. Program/Project Management Community Actively participate in a program/project management community to share good practice and lessons learnt from a global and regional perspective as well as to hone skills and master core capabilities. Provide input and support to establish good practice project guidelines and a clear project framework to be adhered to by all programs and projects; continuously update with good practices. Technical Competencies Risk management - Understand the organization's risk management approach. Also carry out basic risk management activities under supervision and support the documentation of risks, threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation actions. Program management - Support the administration required for day-to-day activities to manage the program and the gathering and collating of information. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven track record of managing and delivering successful IT projects, preferably in enterprise application rollouts.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific IT solutions, project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer on the E&C DG team to work closely with project team, suppliers, Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs), and the Asset Operation & Management team to ensure the successful design, coordination, and handover of solar projects.
This position requires strong technical expertise in Electrical & Power Engineering, proficiency in industry-specific software, and excellent communication skills to negotiate and influence key stakeholders. The role also involves preparing documentation, managing submissions, and handling ad-hoc technical tasks, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented approach and effective collaboration with other departments and teams across the company.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with suppliers for the manufacturing of switchboards and PV mounting structures, negotiating design technicality as necessary.
Coordinate with Professional Engineers (PE), Licensed Electrical Workers (LEW) and Building Licensed Electrical Workers (BLEW) to ensure compliance and quality standards, negotiating design technicality as necessary.
Execute SAP operations related to project activities.
Oversee and manage project handover to the Asset Operation & Management team.
Prepare necessary documentation for Testing & Commissioning (T&C) processes.
Coordinate and manage procurement of structural and electrical plan drawings.
Review structural submissions and track client requirements to ensure timely submission.
Review and finalize layout drawings for solar projects.
Support ad-hoc tasks, including drawing PV and string layouts and amending project drawings as needed.
Requirements:
Strong technical expertise and vast experience in Electrical and Power Engineering.
Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented problem solver with a growth mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Helioscope, PVsyst, and SketchUp.
Familiarity with SAP for processing payments.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively.
Attend to site issues when required.
Willingness to work extended hours when required.
Willingness to build rapport with contractors and suppliers in both formal and informal settings.
Fluency in Mandarin highly preferred.
