The Ideal Candidate Should Possess The Following- Experience in business planning, human resource strategies and processes, organisational design, manpower optimisation, and performance management. Additional experience in organisational transformation, business strategy, HR, and organisational effectiveness is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 12 years of relevant work experience in consulting or professional services.
- Deep knowledge of organisational and behavioural change management.
- Proficiency in developing change management strategies, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training needs analysis, and driving user adoption of new systems.
- Strong analytical skills, client service orientation, adaptability, and ability to work with all levels of personnel.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

What you'll achieve
As a member of HR Consulting, you will be part of an agile team of flexible problem solvers who adapt to where the work is needed, whether it's advising business leaders, supporting organizational initiatives or collaborating with central teams on core HR program and process design and enablement. You will be responsible for providing advice and counsel to leaders on the application of policies and procedures. You will work with other members of HR Consulting and across the HR organization to continuously improve the delivery of HR processes and programs.
You will:
- Execute on assigned work with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Engage with leaders and provide guidance on the execution of core HR processes to support workforce transition, organizational change and HR program initiatives
- Manage multiple competing priorities and maintain accurate records of time spent on categories of work
- Leverage critical thinking and ask clarifying questions in response to ad hoc inquiries from leaders and other members of HR, apply consultative problem solving to recommend solutions and guidance to optimize leader effectiveness
- Partner with central HR specialist teams, functionally aligned HR and organization development teams to plan, communicate and implement core HR processes and programs

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration
- Understanding of talent cycle and HR processes
- Communication & Interpersonal skills - The successful candidate will possess the ability to counsel and explain HR policies and programs to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Curiosity & Problem-Solving skills - The successful candidate will have an aptitude for addressing problems and driving change efforts in order to effectively develop, implement and administer HR processes and programs, while enabling business and change objectives.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and analysis skills using data analytics to drive HR decisions and plans
