As a Software Engineer, you’ll build the intelligence behind advanced underwater robotic platforms, making them smarter, safer, and easier to operate. Budget : 5000 SGD per month
Key Responsibilities
You’ll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including one or more of the following:
- Requirements & Design : Work with stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate mission/user needs into software specifications
- Architecture : Design resilient, safe, and secure software architectures
- Development : Write robust, efficient code and develop test cases to validate software requirements
- Testing & Simulation : Set up test environments and simulators for hardware/software verification
- Integration : Partner with cross-functional teams to run integration tests on hardware platforms during lab, field, and sea trials
- Field Work : Short-term overseas travel may be required for trials depending on the project
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science
- Strong competency in C/C++
- Experience with Java/Python and Object-Oriented Analysis & Design is a plus
- Passion for coding and seeing your work perform in real-world field trials
- Interest in areas such as AI/ML, Data Analytics, IoT, Real-Time Embedded Systems, Cyber-Physical System Security, Robotics, GUI development, Video Encoding, Signal Processing, Network Communications, Control Systems, or full-stack web development
- Open-minded team player comfortable collaborating across engineering disciplines
- Independent, deadline-driven, and able to deliver under tight timelines

Job Description
We are seeking L2 and L3 Infrastructure Support Engineers to join our projects team delivering a large-scale enterprise virtualisation transformation for a major Singapore banking client. This programme centers on VMware to Hyper-V migration, datacentre transformation, and building secure, compliant infrastructure for mission-critical workloads.
We’re hiring across two levels
:L3 Senior Technical Architect / Infrastructure Enginee
rLead design, provide technical authority, and own complex workstreams end-to-end. You’ll shape architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and act as final escalation for the project
.L2 Infrastructure Enginee
rExecute migration and implementation activities under L3 guidance. You’ll be hands-on with day-to-day delivery, troubleshooting, and operational handover while growing toward senior capability

- Key ResponsibilitiesL3 Senior / Technical Architect:
Lead customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities. Design and own infrastructure transformation and migration approaches, with a focus on VMware to Hyper-V migration. Produce and review technical documentation including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), implementation plans, migration plans, test strategies, and operational handover documents.Provide technical oversight of implementation and deployment activities across enterprise virtualisation platforms. Act as the senior escalation point for complex L3 infrastructure issues throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to technical governance, architectural review boards, risk assessments, and change advisory processes. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical direction and supporting their professional development. Collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, customer architects, and security teams to ensure aligned delivery. Support pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical proposal contributions where required.
L2 Engineer:Support customer workshops and assist with technical discovery and requirements gathering. Execute infrastructure migration activities from VMware to Hyper-V under senior guidance. Carry out implementation and deployment tasks across enterprise virtualisation platforms. Investigate and resolve L2 infrastructure issues, escalating complex problems to L3 engineers with clear diagnostics. Contribute to technical documentation including implementation plans, migration runbooks, and operational handover documents. Support change management activities and follow established governance processes. Work collaboratively with project teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
Required Experience – All L evels Enterprise virtualization experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V. Strong Windows Server administration experience, including Active Directory integration and enterprise patching strategies. Good understanding of enterprise datacentre environments, including compute, storage, and network interdependencies. Working knowledge of clustering, high availability, disaster recovery, enterprise storage, and networking concepts. Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical production environments. Strong troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis. Foundational understanding of hypervisor security concepts, hardening practices, and compliance considerations.
Additional Requirements for L3 Senior / Technical Architect: Extensive enterprise virtualisation experience at architect or senior engineer level with a proven track record delivering enterprise migration and transformation projects end-to-end. Able to operate independently and take ownership of workstreams. Deep Windows Server infrastructure expertise at scale. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Experience working within regulated industries, particularly banking or financial services.
Additional Requirements for L2 Engineer: Mid-level engineer background with a solid technical foundation and hands-on delivery experience. Exposure to enterprise migration or transformation projects. Able to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a wider team. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from senior engineers.
Preferred Experience – All LevelsDemonstrable VMware to Hyper-V migration experience – at design and delivery level for L3, exposure for L2. Microsoft Windows Server 2022/2025, Hyper-V, SCVMM, System Center suite, and Azure Arc. Experience working within regulated industries. Familiarity with MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines or equivalent regulatory frameworks. Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible. Customer-facing project delivery experience. Relevant certifications such as VCP/VCAP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent. Pre-sales, consulting, or advisory experience preferred for L3.
Profile & Communication Strong communication skills are essential for both levels. L3 candidates will collaborate with experienced technical engineers as a peer, mentor less-experienced team members through key processes and decisions, and represent the technical team in front of senior customer stakeholders with clarity and confidence. L2 candidates will work closely with senior engineers and technical architects, take direction and contribute as part of a delivery team, while also engaging professionally with customer stakeholders during project activities.

We're hiring a product-focused Mobile App Developer to craft, build, and launch AI-driven apps for iOS and Android. You’ll own the full mobile stack, weaving LLMs, on-device ML, and real-time inference into fast, intuitive products used by thousands.
What You’ll Do
- Design & build native or cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android from concept to ship
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities like LLM chat, image/video generation, voice interfaces, RAG, embeddings, and on-device models using Core ML, ML Kit, or TensorFlow Lite
- Create high-performance UI/UX with SwiftUI + UIKit and Kotlin + Jetpack Compose
- Connect to AI backends including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or custom model APIs
- Implement real-time systems with streaming responses, websockets, and offline-first caching
- Optimize for mobile constraints — model latency, battery drain, memory usage, and app size
- Ship to production via App Store and Google Play, managing TestFlight and Internal Testing

What You Bring
Mobile Development
- Proven experience shipping production iOS apps with Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, Xcode, and App Store deployment
- Proven experience shipping production Android apps with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android Studio, and Play Store deployment Or strong cross-platform expertise with React Native / Flutter plus native module bridging
- Strong grasp of mobile architecture patterns: MVVM, Clean Architecture, dependency injection
AI/ML Integration
- Shipped at least one app with AI features such as chatbots, copilots, image generation, or speech-to-text
- Comfortable with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, function calling, and response streaming
- Experience with on-device ML frameworks: Core ML, ML Kit, TensorFlow Lite, or ExecuTorch
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines in a mobile context
General
- Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, networking, concurrency
- Experience with REST/GraphQL, auth, analytics, and crash reporting tools
- Product and UX intuition — you build AI that feels natural, not mechanical
