Responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of advanced optical and imaging solutions used in precision industrial applications.
• Participate in the design, evaluation, and testing of optical components and subsystems.
• Conduct engineering simulations and performance analysis to validate design concepts.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful product development and integration.
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design specifications.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements through research into emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Assist in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization activities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or PhD in Physics, Optics, Photonics, Precision Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in optical engineering, optical system development, or related fields.
• Knowledge of optical design principles, imaging systems, and performance evaluation techniques.
• Experience using optical simulation and design software.
• Understanding of optical performance concepts such as resolution, aberrations, and measurement accuracy.
• Exposure to illumination, imaging, or vision-based systems will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilitie

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide credit risk strategies, frameworks, and governance policies aligned with business objectives and risk appetite
• Lead credit assessment and approval processes for customers, distributors, counterparties, and strategic commercial transactions across diverse product lines and markets
• Monitor portfolio risk, credit exposures, concentration risks, and industry trends to proactively identify and mitigate potential losses
• Partner closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Treasury, and Senior Leadership teams to support business growth while maintaining sound risk controls
• Establish credit scoring models, risk rating methodologies, exposure limits, and early warning indicators to strengthen decision-making
• Drive collection effectiveness, dispute resolution, and working capital optimization while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Present portfolio performance, risk trends, and key recommendations to executive management, risk committees, and board-level stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing credit risk teams across regional and global operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualifications will be an advantage
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in Credit Risk, Credit Management, Trade Finance, or Commercial Risk leadership in industries such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, Commodities Trading, or Industrial sector

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proficient in troubleshooting PC hardware and Windows operating systems.
• Experience diagnosing servo systems, electrical components, and devices such as sensors, relays, and temperature controllers is an advantage.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, or Excel macros is a plus.
• Exposure to optical inspection equipment used in semiconductor environments is beneficial.
• Must be willing to travel internationally and collaborate with cross-functional teams based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across APAC markets to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and evaluate business performance against strategic objectives.

• Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for areas of responsibility.

Job Summary

Lead the design and optimization of piezoelectric MEMS devices, collaborating across teams to support development, reliability evaluation, and market research for innovative MEMS technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize piezoelectric MEMS device structures using simulation tools to improve performance and reliability
• Collaborate with Process, ASIC, and Packaging/Testing teams to advance system development of piezoelectric MEMS devices
• Provide technical support throughout all project phases to ensure successful product delivery
• Conduct product reliability evaluations, perform failure analysis, and implement improvements for MEMS devices
• Analyze market trends and competitors, conduct new product pre-research, and contribute to patent portfolio planning related to piezoelectric MEMS technology
• Apply MEMS product development tools such as COMSOL, Ansys, L-Edit, and AutoCAD to support design and layout tasks
• Demonstrate strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges in MEMS development
• Collaborate effectively across teams to drive project progress and innovation
• Communicate clearly in English to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications
