As a Junior Business Development Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in securing business opportunities within heavy industries. You’ll primarily focus on expanding our business in our local and regional markets.

What You Will Be Doing

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within target heavy industry (construction, manufacturing, etc) sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with product innovation and customer needs.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase our value proposition.
• Negotiate and close deals to drive profitable growth and establish long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Our Ideal Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with B2B enterprise sales, preferably within a startup or tech company; exposure to enterprise sales of security systems or video analytics systems is a plus.
• Good understanding of the heavy industries sector and B2B enterprise customers.
• Proven success in building partnerships and channel management.
• Demonstrates ability to present confidently to large audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• A self-driven, fast learner with a clear sense of urgency.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
• A collaborative team player with a low ego who thrives in high-pressure environments.
• Comfortable engaging in social settings and business engagements.
• Possession of a valid Singapore Driving License and/or access to a vehicle is a plus.

We’re looking for a Marketer with experience in building a strong brand image and securing strategic partnerships. As a B2B startup in our early stages, we want someone who can help convey our vision to the world.

This position will be the first Marketing Executive in Ailytics, being at the forefront of branding initiatives and business expansion to support our Business Development team.

What You Will Be Doing

• You’ll have a front row seat and a direct impact to the continued growth of Ailytics. You'll be working closely with our CEO and other members of our Business Development team to drive sales growth through marketing efforts.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure opportunities and potential leads to accelerate business growth.
• Coordinate and represent Ailytics at key events and engagements such as expos.
• Manage company socials such as our website and social media pages, maintaining a consistent brand voice and ensuring that future content is aligned accordingly.
• Create content with two main focus pillars; marketing Ailytics' tech offerings for B2B clients, and marketing Ailytics as a top employment destination.
• Design and manage marketing collaterals, including marketing decks, banners, flyers, etc.
• Develop video content for general marketing purposes; this may or may not include AI content creation at times.
• Work with the Talent & Branding team for LinkedIn communications, which may include company announcements, event recaps, content pieces, and employee features.

Our Ideal Requirements

• Prior experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships and branding initiatives, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong commercial mindset; understanding the business and the impact of branding
• Experience with content creation and management of social media channels. Experience with website management would be a plus.
• Comfort working with limited resources and direction. This will be a true startup experience with less tools, less gameplans, but more freedom.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for content creation, distribution, and SEO optimisation; able to stay current with rapidly evolving tools and workflows.
• A strong sense of brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
