Geomatics Manager (Business Analyst - Data)
What you will be working on

You will work within a team that is responsible for delivering a utility survey submission platform through a collaborative arrangement with key stakeholders across infrastructure and environment cluster agencies and assigned system developers. Your role involves:
- Establishing a consistent 3D data model across varying data typologies in accordance with open standards (e.g. MUDDI) which will help in the integration of utility and infrastructure data into a consolidated 3D underground digital twin
- Conceptualising workflows, validation protocols and quality check mechanisms to be translated by assigned developers for implementation
- Working closely with key stakeholders for product implementation
What we are looking for
- Minimum 4-6 years' working experience in enterprise ICT projects of an engineering/ infrastructural nature, product management, road mapping and related fields.
- Prior working experience in agile methodologies, 3D geospatial data and database management are preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in the infrastructure and utility sector would be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.

You will work within a team that is responsible for shaping the future of utility survey and mapping practices in Singapore. Your role involves:
- Developing new utility and infrastructure survey standards and specifications that align with SLA's mandate as the National Survey and Mapping Authority.
- Working closely with the Land Surveyors Board and Infrastructure & Environment (I&E) cluster agencies to establish quality assurance frameworks for utility surveys.
- Developing the governance structures needed to support Singapore's underground utility mapping ecosystem. This includes crafting new workflows and guidelines that complement SLA's existing survey directives and circulars.

A high-tech satellite ground station at the National University of Singapore operates under the Centre for Remote Imaging, Sensing and Processing (CRISP). The Centre tracks, receives and processes data from remote sensing satellites orbiting the planet and conducts active research on optical, infrared and microwave remote sensing.
A tech savvy forward thinking crew is essential to keep CRISP systems in good shape. In this role, you will plan and carry out a wide range of challenging technical work on antennas, control systems, RF signal and data systems, infrastructure and facilities and server room equipment. You may also have the opportunity to handle direct communications with satellites and monitor the quality of the communications links.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the maintenance of CRISP systems such as antennas, computers, facilities, etc.
- Support the monitoring of CRISP systems to detect faults quickly.
- Help to troubleshoot and fix faulty equipment and systems.
- When training is successfully completed, participate in the control of satellites.
- Assist in occasional administrative tasks such as stock checks, spares accounting, etc.
- Undergo certification for work-at-height and boom lift operation.
