Our client is an established multi strategy fund who are now looking for a Compliance Manager to handle regulatory compliance, AML/CFT and data protection.


This is a broad, hands on opportunity for someone who would like / likes to work across asset classes be it PE / VC / Family Offices.


Responsibilities / Requirements include:


  • 5+ years buyside compliance or legal / general counsel experience
  • MAS regulatory compliance experience (you will be the funds poc)
  • Own the AML / CFT programme
  • Run data governance / protection
  • Governance and board support
  • Superb stakeholder management skills

Job Description

Our client is a multi-strategy asset management firm, who are now looking for a Client Services Associate to join the team.


The Client Services Associate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, in supporting our UHNW Clients in their investments (private equity and liquid securities) and private matters (ie. assisting their family administrative matters, etc). This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in managing high-level stakeholders, and will include handling sensitive financial information, investment legal documents and subscriptions, KYC refresh, capital call and distribution requests, and also ensuring compliance with regulatory filing, overseeing documentation, preparing reports, placing trade orders, real estate cashflow management, and assisting with ad hoc requests. 


Responsibilities / Requirements include:


  • 2+ years experience supporting UHNW clients in asset and wealth management, family office, and/or in the Private Equity industries is preferred
  • Strong familiarity with private banking, wealth management, and investment process (private and public markets) 
  • Handle all banking and admin matters for the client such as account opening, trade placement and execution, liquidity and cash management, asset transfers, and assist with documentation
  • Prepare reports and account statements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in order to work those both internally, and external service providers
