Job Title:

This is a challenging role that requires the right individual to oversee and maintain radio access network equipment, diagnose and resolve complex network issues, implement updates and upgrades, and monitor and enhance network efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operations and upkeep of RAN equipment ensuring optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues to maintain service quality.
• Implement updates and upgrades for RAN components to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and enhance network efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis and optimization techniques.
• Perform RF testing and optimization for Outdoor 4G and future 5G in-building projects.
• Troubleshoot, design and plan RF network coverage using RF test tools.
• Monitor and identify network failures, execute corrective actions, report and update stakeholders.
• Service new users, update software, confirm failures, assist in tracking and remote wipe of lost devices.
• Provide software support, basic troubleshooting, and escalate to application vendors when necessary.
• Support project teams to meet project delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with sub-contractors to ensure work quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Able to travel around Singapore mainland, Singapore territorial waters, Singapore offshore islands/locations.
• Able to perform standby duty and shift work.
• Able to climb Jacob Ladders (must be able to clear the Jacob ladder course).

Requirements:

• ITE, Diploma or equivalent academic qualification.
• Positive work attitude and self-motivated, with a customer-first mindset.
• Possess 3-years working experience in out-field operations, with at least 1-year relevant experience in the mobile network industry.
• Possess experience in commissioning/maintaining of BTS equipment.
• Possess Class 3 driving license (candidate is required to drive company van).
• Experience in RF Testing for indoor or outdoor is an advantage.
• Experience working in Network Operation Centre (NOC) is an advantage.

• To perform maintenance and cleanliness on crane
• Daily check before starting work, operator are fill up crane log book and lifting log book as per MOM guideline
• To ensure all lifting gears are in good order and have a valid certificate
• To perform any assignment related to his scope of work assigned by the controller
• Follow safe working procedures and site in house regulations. Be a team member with jobsite personnel i.e supervisor, safety officer, rigger/signalman
• Report to controller if there is any unsafe lifting activities requested by jobsite
• Submission of completed delivery order to controller timely

• Class 5 driving licence
• Mobile crane licence (MOM) min 5 years
• Familiar in operating of 60 to 100 ton mobile crane regardless of any brands

Responsibilities and Duties

• To ensure all jobsites requirements are met

• Observe and conform to Company's regulation
• Any assigned ad-hoc duties/addtional tasks from Operation Department

The Mobile Crane Operator is responsible for operating the Mobile Crane in a safe manner in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health (Operation of Cranes) Regulations 2011.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• To operate and support Mobile Crane related operations
• Work closely with signal team to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, including the provisions of the WSH (Construction) Regulations and WSH (Operation of Cranes) Regulations in daily lifting operations.
• Able to work from height to ascertain whether the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operations and report this to the lifting supervisor.
• Perform pre-work inspection on the crane as required by the manufacturer's handbook to ensure that it is safe for operation and report any malfunction of the crane.
• Be prepared to stop work or to notify the WSHE Department in the event of any WSHE deviations
• Able to operate the crane in a safe manner under the clear signal from a signalman
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace
• To conduct daily checks to ensure that vehicles are in good and safe condition.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Certificate in Mobile Crane Operation
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course
• Registered Mobile Crane Operator (MOM licensed) if any*
• Ability to work alone in confined spaces for long duration and at height
• (For truck-mounted mobile crane) Class 5 driving licence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure crane is in good working condition before operation; always be alert and ensure safe operation at work
• To be fully aware of related WSH safety regulations and house rules
• Participate in rigging procedure when required
• Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning/disinfecting of crane's cabin
• Report any malfunction, wear and tear of crane
• Perform pre-operational inspections, safety checks, test lifts and load chart calculations
• Any other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Singapore Class 5 Driving license is a must
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Secondary Education or equivalent
• Must be a registered Mobile Crane Operator with MOM
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays, night shift works, when required

• At least 3 years’ experience operating > 100T crane
• Good safety records
• Good health conditions to climb about 5 storeys to crane cabin
• Willing to work inside the port area
• Shiftwork basis
• Alternate Saturdays

Salary will commensurate with relevant working experience and qualification. Transport and shift allowance provided.
