- Experience with troubleshooting tools such as spectrum analyzers.
- Familiarity with Network Operations Centre (NOC) procedures is an advantage.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (ability to operate company van).
- Willing to travel to offshore sites (including Jacob ladder access).

This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires a strong technical aptitude and the ability to work independently to ensure the reliable operation of our mobile network infrastructure.
You must enjoy out-field operations work & able to travel out of sea & climb Jacob ladders at times.
Working at Customer sites – Around Singapore mainland, territorial waters and offshore locations/islands
Yearly renewable Contract assignment

What you'll be doing
1. Perform RAN Preventive / Corrective maintenance work such as;
• Managing the daily operations and upkeep of RAN equipment.
• Diagnosing and resolving network issues to maintain performance.
• Implementing updates and upgrades for RAN components.
• Monitoring and enhancing the RAN's efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Perform RF Testing & Troubleshooting such as;
• Perform RF testing and optimization for Outdoor 4G and in future 5G in-building projects.
• Troubleshoot, design and plan of RF network coverage using of RF test tools e.g. Spectrum Analyzer etc.
3. Perform SYSCON operation
• Monitor and identify network failures, execute corrective actions, report and update customers, liaise with maintenance agencies and building owners, and assist in log retrieval.
• Service new UEs, update software, confirm failures, assist in tracking and remote wipe of lost UEs.
• Provide software support, basic troubleshooting, and escalate to application vendors when necessary.
4. General
• Support Project Team to meet project delivery milestone.
• Work with sub-contractors to ensure work quality & timely delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Able to travel out in the sea along Singapore offshore. (at least 4 hours of sail time one-way, estimated 3x per year).
- Able to perform standby duty and shift work.
- Able to climb Jacob Ladders (must be able to clear the Jacob ladder course which is the only way to access certain offshore sites from the vessel.)

- Must possess 3-years working experience in out-field operations, with at least 1-year relevant experience in the mobile network industry
- Must possess experience in commissioning / maintaining of BTS equipment
- Must possess Class 3 driving license (Company Van to be driven)
- Min NITEC qualifications in relevant field
