We have an opening for a Manager (Mobile Network) position. The successful incumbent is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s mobile network infrastructure, including wireless connectivity, and related support services. This role ensures seamless, secure, and efficient mobile communication supporting PSA Terminal Operations by overseeing mobile networks, evaluating new technologies, ensuring policy compliance, and performance enhancement to mobility network.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize mobile networks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with service providers.
- Implement security policies, conduct risk assessments, and mitigate mobile network threats.
- Work with regulators, IT teams, and business units to align mobility solutions with organizational needs.
- Explore emerging technologies (e.g., private 5G, IoT), lead pilot programs, and develop long-term connectivity strategies.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications
- Preferably with professional certificate in 4G/5G for Telecommunication, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Wireless, or related.
- At least 5+ years of experience in mobile network management or IT infrastructure
- Expertise in Wi-Fi, 4G/5G, VPNs, and wireless network planning
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for network issues
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Candidates with experience in IoT implementation and its impact on mobile networks and knowledge of f Cloud-based networking and Software-Defined Networking (SDN) will have an added advantage

Network Infrastructure SpecialistThis is a challenging role that requires the right individual to oversee and maintain radio access network equipment, diagnose and resolve complex network issues, implement updates and upgrades, and monitor and enhance network efficiency.
Key Responsibilities include:

- ITE, Diploma or equivalent academic qualification.
- Positive work attitude and self-motivated, with a customer-first mindset.
- Possess 3-years working experience in out-field operations, with at least 1-year relevant experience in the mobile network industry.
- Possess experience in commissioning/maintaining of BTS equipment.
- Possess Class 3 driving license (candidate is required to drive company van).
- Experience in RF Testing for indoor or outdoor is an advantage.
- Experience working in Network Operation Centre (NOC) is an advantage.

The Mobile Crane Operator is responsible for operating the Mobile Crane in a safe manner in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health (Operation of Cranes) Regulations 2011.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- To operate and support Mobile Crane related operations
- Work closely with signal team to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, including the provisions of the WSH (Construction) Regulations and WSH (Operation of Cranes) Regulations in daily lifting operations.
