Purpose and Scope

The role focuses on the execution of all tank maintenance work including maintenance capital replacement projects and tanks and related infrastructural activities in Oil Movements, working together with a multi-disciplinary team of Maintenance, Turnaround, and Construction staff and contractors in a safe, cost effective, and efficient manner:


  • To deliver tank maintenance/project activities relating to maintenance capital replacement projects.
  • To deliver tanks maintenance program as per the plan, including all the infrastructure and related works. The scope includes 210 storage tanks of CRUDE, GASOIL, MOGAS, KERO, PCG, FUELOIL, LUBOIL, BITUMEN, SOLVENTS, BUNKERS etc.13 LPG storage spheres
  • Fire-fighting facilities on tanks, spheres etc.
  • Ensures that the service level of the integrated tank maintenance program is high and shall be cost effective and efficient providing "best in class” performance. Assists the Maintenance Supervisor (ITM) in taking on responsibility for all aspects of maintenance (HSSE, Meeting Plan, KPIs, Budget, etc.) for the team.
  • Integrated team members in tank maintenance and inspection strategies which are developed jointly with operations, MTAC, engineering, technology, E&S and other stakeholders, including tank cleaning strategy support that will support minimizing backlog, shortening the maintenance duration and improving availability.
  • Execution work is carried out with compliance to LSR, 9PSF and work processes (e.g. GAME-ME, MOC)


Accountabilities:

  • Ensures work safety for staff & contractors in compliance with HSSE standards (LSR and 9PSF) and participates in safety audits, safety walkabouts and other safety initiatives.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Technology, or equivalent education and/or work-related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance related or mechanical/electrical technician position, with experience in critical facilities desired (e.g. data center, hospital, semi-conductor, or power plant).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Maintenance Scheduling/Planning/Coordination role.


WORK CONDITIONS

  • Typical data center work environment with varying temperatures and loud noises.
  • Extensive daily usage of a computer or workstation.


Special Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple deliverables.
  • Must be willing to be part of the after-hours notification and escalation protocol, although rare.
  • Occasional travel to other facility locations may be required (3-4 times per year).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage account opening processes for Cash Trading and Securities Trading accounts, ensuring completeness and adherence to onboarding procedures
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of client data, in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and update client records on ongoing basis to ensure all information remains current, accurate and properly documented
  • Provide timely support and resolve queries from Trading Representatives/ Remisiers, ensuring clear communication and proper documentation of responses
  • Support audit and regulatory requests, including audit confirmations, Production orders and retrieval of documents or records for investigations or regulatory reviews
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping standards, ensuring audit trail and compliance with record retention requirements
  • Participate in system enhancements, projects and process improvement initiatives, including user testing and data validation
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 2- 3 years of relevant experience in operations, account maintenance, or back-office functions (preferred).
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline; relevant experience in operations or financial services is an advantage
  • High level of integrity, reliability and accountability in handling client data and sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data quality
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively
  • Positive attitude with a hands-on and proactive mindset to problem solving
