Key Responsibilities
- Share patient care information and instructions given by the Dentist (e.g., post-treatment instructions, oral hygiene guidance)
- Assist the Dentist during procedures by passing the correct instruments and supporting patient care
- Prepare and set up the treatment area before the patient arrives, ensuring instrument trays, materials, and equipment are ready
- Assist with taking and processing dental diagnostic X-rays
- Support lab-related tasks such as case tracking, casting, impressions, and retainer fabrication
- Check, pack, and sterilize instruments and instrument sets
- Clean and maintain dental chairs, equipment, work surfaces, and instruments according to infection control standards
- Ensure clinic rooms have enough sterile instruments and instrument sets for daily use
- Assist in receiving and managing patient feedback
- Report any incidents such as equipment malfunction, defects, or missing instruments promptly
- Support stocktaking and inform the in-charge when inventory is running low; store instruments and supplies properly using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method

Responsibilities Overview:
