Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials, as well as assisting with administrative duties when needed.

• Prepare treatment room for patients
• Prepare patients for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping them
• Provide instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area
• Provide materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments
• Provide diagnostic information by exposing and developing radiographic studies, and pouring, trimming, and polishing study casts
• Completing preventive maintenance of dental equipment
• Maintain dental supplies inventory by checking stocks to determine inventory level
• To multitask at the reception and other admin duties if required
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Clinic Coordinator

• NITEC in Dental Assisting preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong team player with willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic clinic environment
• Warm, cheerful and optimistic personality and empathetic by nature
• Proficiency in spoken Chinese is an advantage (to assist Mandarin-speaking patients)

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Candidates with relevant experience preferred.

• 5-days' work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend).
• Must be able to commit night sessions (3 of the weekdays are till 9PM)
• Must be willing to do shift work
• Must be willing to cross deploy to different branches (transport reimbursement provided).
