Role Overview:
You will be the point of contact for visual support. You will monitor and encourage your visual team to create leading visual merchandising displays. Further to this you will support the Retail team, encouraging progression while making sure that you are maximizing store profitability at every opportunity.
Merchandising:
- Ensure that the weekly VM pack has been actioned and that all points have been achieved in given stores.
- Conduct weekly floor walks of your stores, making sure that points that need to be addressed are raised and actioned.
- Check that stores are commercially set up and all POS in the correct location.
- Analyze Oracle figures to assist you in deciding product locations and floor moves.
Talent & People:
- Train and develop the In-Store team.
- Produce Training plans with the Cluster Visual Merchandiser for staff progression.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions with instore teams and potential future talent.
Communication & Culture:
- Regular communication with the Cluster Visual Merchandiser & Store Manager.
- Store Visit Reports conducted and submitted to the Cluster Visual Merchandiser & Store Manager on a weekly basis, ensuring that the store team are aware of what needs to be actioned.
- Communicating new ideas and ways to improve the ongoing developments of JD Sports Indonesia to your Visual Merchandiser Manager.
General :
- To conduct your work in a highly professional manner, leading by example at all times.

- Promote a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance in line with company procedures.
Role Requirements:
- Visual Merchandising experience advantageous
- Retail Management skills would be advantageous

- Able to operate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel advantageous
- Driving license is preferable but not essential.

Role Overview:

Overview
As part of the Venues team and reporting to the Venue Lead, the position of Venue Executive will support the establishment, day-to-day and event operations of the Water Sports Centre. Working closely with stakeholders, partners and the community at large, the successful candidate will work closely with management to deliver the operations of the facility on both a day-to-day and an event mode basis for the benefit of the public of Singapore, elite athletes and visiting guests.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the production of Concept of Operations for the Water Sports Centre, through research, partner coordination, and administration.
- Carry out various meeting administration procedures including organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating attendance.
- Under guidance from your manager, support the creation of an TKG policy and procedure manual.
- Lead a team of casual staff on day-to-day operations.
- Communicate closely with internal and external partners to ensure all needs have been considered when developing venue operations plans.
- Co-ordinate and supervise day to day frontline staff as required.
- To be a point of contact for clients, tenants, promoters and other stakeholders, always available to attend to their needs. Work as a designated representative of management when required.
- Take responsibility for control of uniforms, equipment, or other facilities within the venue.
- Have an excellent knowledge of the venue and provide site information to clients, customers and staff as needed.
- Monitor venue performance and operations, produce reports as required by management or clients.
- Complete operations administration functions as needed.
- Prepare documentation and information for staff, management, promoters and clients to enable them to effectively service all client groups entering the SSH.

- Ensure that health and safety policies and regulations are adhered to and reflected positively through your actions and those of your colleagues.
Qualifications
- ITE/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or better from an accredited college or university is preferred but not essential.
- Additional industry specific designations preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the sports and leisure industry seen as an advantage
- Possess valid First Aid and AED Certification will be advantageous
