Clean, inspect repair and test large diameter (18 inches and above) AP HT&P and Pipeline Services equipment for damage or wear before delivery to job site. Assists in preparation of such equipment. Provide technical mentorship and training to Service Center mechanic within FEAP region.
HT&P Pipeline services equipment maintenance (45%)
Cleans, inspects, repairs and tests Services equipment in compliance with established quality assurance procedures to detect damage or wear, ensuring that worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced according to specifications,
− Maintains GSRS maintenance records of Services equipments, ensuring records are current and complete,
− Orders necessary spare parts and maintains the stock,
Ensures service centers operate maintenance procedures in upmost compliance with TDW standards (40%)
Make sure that all maintenance and repair of equipments services are performed within the highest TDW and ISO standards expectations; recommends improvements or corrective actions to help bridge potential gaps;
