Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform land and engineering surveys required for the civil/marine engineering projects
- Monitoring and ensuring correctness of the survey data and measurement during the construction progress
- Work included preparation of survey drawings using AutoCAD and other design software from time to time
- Liaison with authorities/all contractual parties for projects requirements
- Preparation of internal reports, final reports and drawing source data.
- Processing of data ensuring a clear path from raw data to final deliverable.
- Project preparation and project close-out reports including actioning of engineering notes, ensuring effective data management and ensuring good communication with relevant Managers.
- Able to perform Line Marking, Pavement marking, Topographical Survey, Setting-out survey, Monitoring survey, As-Build survey, control point monitoring etc
- Provide tender support by processing and interpreting hydrographic survey data, performing quantity take-offs from raw survey datasets, preparing survey-based volume calculations, and assisting in the development of technical submissions, etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hydrographic Surveying, Survey Engineering, or a related discipline
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience and familiar with using AutoCAD
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
