Working Days: 5 Day A Week
Working hours : 9:00am - 6:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Performs machine and process setup of die attach and moulding machines
- Able to performs machine troubleshooting.
- Performs mechanical alignment
- Ensure that the quality product is manufactured on schedule within the customer's requirement
- Work with Cross functional Departments to resolve function, safety, quality and productivity related issue and improvement.
- Processed basic technical knowledge in machine set up and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in semi-con production.
- Preferably with 2 years hand on experience in machine set-up and troubleshooting of die attach bonder.
- Must be willing to work in the cleanroom environment: wearing jumpsuits, safety helmet and safety shoes (only at customer side)
- Able to travel overseas whenever is needed.
