Role
The Senior Specialist, SSO Product Management, will be responsible for development and execution of product strategy in support of key Post-transaction Experience and Dispute Resolution solutions in AP.

This role will:
1) Report to the Director, SSO Product Management, Asia Pacific and work closely with regional and division stakeholders and Global product teams to execute product strategy of key dispute resolution solutions, such as Ethoca Alerts and Ethoca Consumer Clarity.

Manager, Product Management, Business Intelligence Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager to join our Asia Pacific Business Intelligence team.
As a regional product manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the product is scaled across the Region. The position will need to have deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensure the product meets local market needs, and be able to proactively enhance and innovate the product line by collecting the requirements for future development. This position will ensure product meets local market needs, deliver the product go-to-market strategy to ensure that the product is a part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive the desired business outcomes. This position will work closely across the Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads and Account Managers.

Reporting directly to the Regional Business Intelligence Product Management Lead, this individual will ensure products maximize funding pools and facilitate customer dynamics.

Key Responsibilities / Role:
Act as Product Owner for Business Intelligence
• Bring global product to the region, including use cases and value story
• anage a suite of insights platform and reports for the region
• M intain quality control and continuously collect feedback to feed into global product roadmap
• B dget and forecast tracking

Lead Product Localization and GTM
• Manage regional product commercialization process (Studio including pricing)
• Partner with Network Sales / Market Business Development leads to identify sales opportunities

Act as Regional SME
• Understand competitive landscape, map regional pain points/needs
• Training and educational sessions to Account Managers / Sales and clients
• Measure value and articulate impact


All About You
• Background n Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• P oven experience as a product, sales or client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth.
• C nsultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives.
• S rong business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions
• E tensive experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets.
• K en understanding of competitive offerings and payments industry trends and ability to translate that into scalable products
• G owth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
• I ternational and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable.
• E ceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency.
• A ility to work across geographically diverse teams and cultures
• S rong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data
• E perience in Financial Institutions, Fintechs and Data platforms preferred
• F uent in English
