Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and planning sessions to gather requirements and align campaign goals
• Design and configure customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
• Implement personalization strategies using Ampscript, SQL, and audience segmentation
• Oversee UAT, performance tracking, and client training to ensure successful campaign execution
• Support pre-sales efforts including effort estimation, demo creation, and solution design

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with focus on Marketing Cloud
• Proficient in: Journey Builder , Email Studio , Mobile Studio , and Automation Studio, Ampscript for content personalization, SQL for complex segmentation logic
• Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components for advanced cross-cloud customizations
• Familiar with Salesforce Data Extensions and integration patterns

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying user-centric digital experiences using Salesforce Experience Cloud. You will also leverage your 2-3 years of Service Cloud experience to enhance case management and service capabilities. Working closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Admins, and fellow developers, you will help turn complex business requirements into scalable, intuitive, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) solutions tailored to business and user needs.

· Create custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Apex classes/triggers to extend Experience Cloud functionality.

· Implement UI/UX best practices, theming, branding, and responsive design across Experience Cloud portals.

· Configure and manage key Experience Cloud features such as Topics, Knowledge Base, Case Management, and Collaboration Tools.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements.

· Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, or custom interfaces as required.

· Apply declarative and programmatic approaches to solve complex problems and automate processes.

· Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

· Maintain and optimize existing Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

· 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years working with Service Cloud.

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, including site setup, branding, and customization.

· Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Aura.

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
