We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Commercial team, drive revenue through the acquisition of new accounts, increasing wallet share of existing accounts, and collaborating with service teams to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be hunting leads and farming existing clients, measured by the number of newly acquired jobs from both books, and ultimately revenue from Startups and SME clients. The role will demand face-to-face interaction and expect you to build valuable relationships with clients at various levels.
In this role, you will:
  • Grow the business by acquiring new hiring partners, measured by total newly acquired companies, jobs, and revenue from new clients
  • Grow the business by expanding the share of wallet from existing clients, measured by total new jobs and revenue from existing clients
  • Cross-sell various Glints' products and services across our offices within Southeast Asia
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development team to effectively acquire the requisite number of leads
  • Collaborate with the other sales teams such as Recruiters and Product Marketing to effectively meet the company's strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets.

  • Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, and is able to forecast accurately ( at least 2 quarters ahead )

The Student and Academic Services Officer (Assessments and Progressions) provides essential administrative support for assessment processes, students’ results and appeal management, and academic progression. This role ensures compliance with academic and assessment policies, coordinates examinations, manages student results and appeal records, and supports academic staff and Unit Coordinators in their duties, especially in managing the marking and moderation process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assessments and Progressions: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of examination systems, policies, and procedures. Oversee the organisation, scheduling, and security of assessments and exams, ensuring appropriate provisions for students with special requirements. Create progressive assessment schedules and coordinate invigilators and exam logistics.
  • Student Management: Advise students on course requirements and academic and assessment matters, and manage requests for paper reviews, deferred assessments, and extensions. Handle cases of appeals, and academic misconduct and provide support to students at risk by referring them to appropriate academic resources.
  • Marking and Moderation: Organise and monitor the marking process, ensuring timely distribution of feedback and results release to students. Manage assessment moderation in accordance with partner policies and coordinate the release of results within deadlines.
  • University Procedures: Ensure student academic progress complies with regulations. Assist in preparing and attending Board of Examiners meetings and produce necessary reports.
  • Other Duties: Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Manager (Academic), contributing to the overall functioning of the Office of Pro Vice-Chancellor.

Qualifications

  • Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration / relevant discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably with experience in student information systems or customer relationship management tools.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our Industry Groups. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationship within our small- and medium- sized enterprise (SME) in Consumer Goods Sector.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of SME clients, acting as the main point of contact for all banking needs.
  • Conduct regular review with clients to understand their business operations, financial performance, and banking requirements
  • Advise clients on a wide range of financial services, including loans, deposits, cash management and trade finance requirements
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell products and services to meet clients’ evolving needs
  • Work closely with internal teams (eg. product specialists, credit analysts) to design and implement financial solutions that meet client’s requirement
  • Monitor clients’ financial health and industry trends to proactively address needs and mitigate risks
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and internal policies

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking & Finance,
  • At least 10 years of credit and marketing experience in handling local SME businesses
  • Deep understanding of the Consumer Goods industry landscape
  • Highly-motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen and the ability to deliver targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
