The primary mission of the Client Relations Manager is to support and cultivate the VIC client evolution, including expansion and retention in Singapore, thereby ensuring qualitative and sustainable growth.

You will be responsible for curating client journeys with a unique and targeted approach that continually engages, thereby taking the ultra-luxury experience to new heights. As well as deep dive into client analysis, transforming data into client-centric action plans.

You will be rostered at the boutique with sales responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

CLIENT FOCUS

VIC Recruitment

  • Develop own VIC portfolio by recruiting high potential clients into the brand
  • Participating in Local and International Events and act as Maison Ambassador
  • Develop High Watchmaking (>100 KEUR) segments by closing sales
  • Provide strategic direction on VIC treatment and initiatives

Engagement

  • Provide and implement development initiatives and activities set forth by the Regional Retail and Marketing team to build client loyalty
  • Manage and follow up with VIC clients watch care and repairs
  • Take the lead in the implementation of in-boutique events and activations, working in collaboration with the Regional team.
  • Work closely with the Retail and Marketing team to propose and coordinate unique VIC client experiences
  • Prepare and analyze in-boutique events sales ROI and feedback as required
  • Create and execute a plan to re-activate sleeping/inactive clients in the database

COMMERCIAL FOCUS

  • Demonstrate ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPI’s
  • Develop business acumen that assesses and strategizes effectively based on data and local market intelligence
  • Master expertise of the boutique business and assess local market opportunities to implement a proactive and effective sales and client development strategy

TEAM SUPPORT FOCUS

  • Act as an expert and provide coaching and support to the team with their client portfolio
  • Propose VIC client entertainment and engagement activities to the team
  • Support boutique team on VIC client sales presentation, product analysis, clienteling activities
  • Collaborate and support boutique team in the selling ceremony to increase sales
  • Provide regular reports and qualitative feedback on client behavior, market context, and competition
  • Fulfil sales associate responsibilities in the boutique, adhering to roster and including all operational and client relation matters

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry with previous commercial exposure and a business development background
  • You have acquired an established network of loyal and qualitative clients to leverage
  • You are a strategic thinker who anticipates challenges and develops varied-term solutions
  • You have a strong customer focus and good client management knowledge
  • You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and take timely decisions with the ability to assess the risks involved
  • You are creative and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment
  • You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • You are proficient in MS Office
  • You speak English and Mandarin fluently

Skills, Experiences and Qualifications

You are a motivated PR professional with at least 2 solid years of PR agency experience with tertiary qualifications (PR or Communications related). Those with more years of experience will be considered for the Senior Associate role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support account leads in managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis, and implement local and regional communication programmes together with team members
  • Monitor and track client, competitor, industry and macro news, and prepare coverage reports
  • Provide media relations support – conducting research, building target media lists, drafting media materials, pitching to journalists, and managing media relationships and opportunities
  • Demonstrate ability to develop strategies/creative platforms that simultaneously leverage traditional and new media for clients
  • Prepare timely team and client updates on all stages of project processes; prepare accurate and thorough conference call or client meeting recaps
  • Assist and contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and programme recommendations for clients, developing budgets, generating recommendations and creating presentations
  • Identify opportunities for agency/team learning and develop tools/suggestions to expand agency knowledge and understanding of digital communications
  • Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client program success
  • Anticipate and proactively offer solutions to senior team leadership on executional issues specific to assigned programs

Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of PR experience or relevant industry experience, preferably at a PR agency or in-house communications team. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Associate role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Dedication to details and sense of responsibilities
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
  • International outlook or experience favorably considered

As a Customer Service Intern, you will be responsible for responsible for cultivating customer relationships for current/potential customers by utilizing knowledge of CommScope products, capabilities, and procedures as well as business intelligence-related report and data validation. You will be servicing customer orders from the point of sale up to the time the order ships and invoiced. You will also work closely with APAC Customer Service management team to monitor, track and review business intelligence data to validate data anomaly and delivering regular performance reporting for APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing customer orders from the point of sale and up to the time the order ships and invoices. 
  • li>Order input, order release, follow up with Planner on order scheduling within agreed timelines
  • Expediting, tracking, exploring and coordinating alternative materials as necessary
  • Send order status report to customer on weekly basis and conclude shipment release arrangement
  • Data Cleanup, own data cleanup process for reporting where required
  • Data management, ensuring that we have minimal misalignment.
  • Support development of analytical reporting
  • Provide support to regional teams in regular reporting cadence

Required qualifications for consideration:

  • Fresh graduates in the relevant domain are also welcomed to apply. On the job training will be provided.
