• Search and screen potential candidates across various recruitment platforms and proactively reach out to them.
• Attract outstanding candidates to join the team and maintain regular communication with existing candidates.
• Maintain candidate relationships and provide a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth recruitment process and timely completion of recruitment tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2 years of experience in headhunting and talent sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with an international student background.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with different recruiting platforms and recruitment processes.
• Fluent in English and proficient Chinese .
