  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with media planning and reporting, product, or sales strategy.
Experience with Google Planning and reporting tools such as Reach Planner, TV in Reach planner, and insights finder. Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced business acumen and knowledge of digital ads and Google’s business.
  • Ability to thrive and exercise judgment in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to work hyper collaboratively and energize those around you toward a common goal.
  • Advanced problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Proven track record of executive influence and stakeholder management.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities
  • Lead commercialization and shape roadmap for Google’s first-party Brand Reach and Frequency planning products, such as Reach Planning/TV in Reach planner insights finder and Cross-Media Reporting.
  • Be a subject matter expert on brand planning and reporting solutions, especially on reach and frequency concepts. Advise markets on how to adapt unique product value propositions markets/vertical nuances.
  • Prioritize critical opportunities to innovate products based on the needs of APAC markets and customers through continual market collaboration, and occasional engagement with customers and partners.
  • Develop and implement proactive plans to influence senior product leaders towards strategies and features that will help accelerate APAC LCS business.
  • Design and operationalize complex regional activation programs collaboratively. Energize and rally cross-functional partners (LCS, specialists, cross-Go-To-Market) around these programs.
