As the Storefronts & eCommerce Manager (Adobe Experience Manager) for our brands in the ANZ/SG region, you will be the center of expertise for all things Storefronts.

You will be accountable for managing and driving many aspects of our online stores including content management, campaign release controls, A/B testing, UX tests, onsite development oversight, project management. Plus meeting the performance objectives with a focus on customer experience, sales and conversion rate.

In this role you will collaborate various X-functional stakeholders, including brand managers, development managers and marketing and product teams to ensure all communication and creative aligns with the brand and business goals and is consistent with our wider ecommerce and marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Build, maintain and track the platform roadmap and make sure it continuously aligns with the business strategy, including impacts to customer and key eCommerce drivers.
  • Operate as an execution-leader and guide the brand squads with the content management of AEM and non-AEM storefronts
  • Operate as an execution-leader and guide the brand squads with customer panel driven content changes, campaign changes, UX & product initiatives
  • Oversee multi-brand instance of AEM, managing roadmaps and release cycles and collaborating with respective brand managers on deliverables
  • Continuously measure and report key storefront performance metrics like CVR / Click & Engagement Metrics / Load Time
  • Ensure user management and controls are governed by policies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement through frequent deployments of onsite tests, while tracking & measuring performance through tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely and other forms of customer insight
  • Work with UX designers to create PRDs & high-level mockups/wireframes along with our Design team to define desired outcomes

Stakeholder Management

  • Proactively manage all relevant stakeholders including senior management, building consensus and commitment to project outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders and in close conjunction with the design and engineering teams to align on roadmaps and deliverables
  • Engage & cultivate relationships with partners across the business, gain insight and adopt best practices
  • Partner closely with Analytics teams to evolve our understanding of performance across eCommerce.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales & support teams on the go-to-market planning for products
  • Work across various APAC time zones (Australia, Philippines, Singapore & India) being available to the various team members and meeting schedules.

    Data & Analysis
  • Monitor, report and find ways to improve platform performance
  • Work with the BI team to build visibility for key platform metrics
  • Leverage data and insights to continually optimize to maximize value of our platform and processes
  • Analyze data from internal and external sources to develop strategies and define platform objectives

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • 6+ years' experience working in eCommerce or Storefronts roles
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • A keen eye for good design & understanding of user experience
  • Having a customer first mind set and an ability to adopt design thinking principles
  • Knowledge of tracking customer journeys and ability to analyze and utilize data
  • Experience working with tools like Jira, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Moqups, Optimizely
  • Attention to detail, multitasking, and customer service focus
  • Experience working in an agile organization or with cross functional teams
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Driven by delivery, delivering on time and to high standards
