Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of the company's website, web app, and mobile app to identify bugs, issues, and usability concerns.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases or test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and functionality in order to create effective test scenarios.
• Report and track defects using appropriate bug tracking tools, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been fixed and that no new issues have been introduced.
• Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide input on testability and potential quality issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes.
• Communicate test results and quality metrics to product owner in a clear and concise manner.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience with testing websites, web applications, and mobile applications across different platforms and devices.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, including manual testing, automated testing, and regression testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and isolate software defects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with software testing tools.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
• Previous experience with testing cross-platform frameworks such as React Native.
• Understanding of accessibility testing principles and guidelines.
• Experience in testing APIs and web services.
