Job Responsibilities

• Independently plan, develop, implement and manage creative marketing content across broad range of social media marketing channels
• Plan and develop content for campaigns and drive brand engagement on social media
• Build and nurture relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
• Negotiate and execute influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.
• Measure, analyse and summarize social media activity with data-driven insights.
• Review social media campaigns and activities, and summarize the methodology to be used in the future

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, have a good command of English. Minimum 3 years + experience in e-commerce social media marketing, preferably in Fashion & Beauty industry
• Well-versed with social media marketing or campaigns
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, quick to learn, flexible and innovative.
• Master multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize, outstanding relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
