We are currently seeking aService &
Repair Technician to join ourAerospace
team inGul Circle, Singapore
.
- General knowledge of usage of hand tools and precision measuring instruments is a requirement.
- Expected to perform receiving inspection, disassembly, cleaning, parts inspection, assembly and test of aircraft components.
- Will be trained in handling Aircraft APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) and/or other Mechanical components.
- Ensures that work carried out meets to the required quality as stated in the respective manual.
- Initiate & implement continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.
- At least a NTC certificate or higher
- Minimum 1-1.5 years of experience in Aerospace/ Aviation industry
- Experience indisassembly, cleaning, assembly, testing of Aircraft components
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
- Able to read and follow manuals, interpret technical drawings
- Committed and willing to work long hours
- Basic computer skills
- Strong team player with good interpersonal communication skills
- Apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of responsibility
- Familiar with standard technical concepts,practices, procedures
- Good understanding of 5S concepts
