We are searching for a detail-orientated, deadline-driven service engineer to join our growing company. The service engineer's responsibilities include delivery and installation of euqipment, repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals. You should provide friendly, efficient service at all times.To be successful as a service engineer, you should be knowledgeable about machines and willing to accept constructive criticism. Ultimately, an outstanding service engineer will exhibit resourcefulness as well as superb active listening and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

• To provide technical / engineering support on ophthalmic instrument products
• To perform Installation, Testing and Commissioning of products
• To provide product service, maintenance and repair To plan and schedule technical support, installation, testing and commissioning, service and maintenance activities
• To attend and respond to customers’ feedback and technical support requests
• Proper management of tools and equipment for the effective technical support of products
• Guide user on safe and effective product operation and application
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
• Regular report to head of technical department
