Nature One Dairy is an Australian-owned company dedicated to producing only the highest quality powdered and liquid milk products. We produce a range of dairy products specifically designed for every age group ranging from infants to the elderly and everything in between. Nature One Dairy products are available in Australia as well as internationally, including China, Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Our brands in Hong Kong includes Ripple and WhiteH2O.

We are looking to for an experienced Senior Marketing & Communications Officerto join our team in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist line manager in formulating and developing creative ideas and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
• Responsible for brand building and management
• Responsible for creative copywriting and content creation of all marketing collateral
• Plan and execution of full range of marketing activities, e.g. advertising, branding, CRM, PR, KOL & KOC handling, social and digital marketing, etc.
• Work closely with internal and external partners in executing various marketing campaigns
• Identify market and consumer insights and convert into opportunities to meet customer needs
• Independently manage brand A&P monitoring.

Key Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Public Relation, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' brand marketing experience within the health supplement industry
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Chinese
• Extensive experience in marketing and brand building
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, and an excellent team player.
