Reporting to the Director of Creative Marketing, the Content Marketing Producer will collaborate closely with both global and regional teams. This position is pivotal in acting as the liaison between the marketing teams and all design resources including the VP of Design. You will be expected to work closely with external design resources also. The ideal candidate will ensure that project briefs are accurate and complete, and will strategically schedule work for design resources to meet the marketing objectives. The role demands a candidate with significant experience in managing content production processes, an understanding of all marketing channels, and the agility to adjust resource allocation in response to changing needs.

You Will:

• Act as the primary liaison between marketing teams and design resources to ensure seamless execution of content marketing strategies.

• Review, refine, and approve creative briefs submitted by marketing teams to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with brand standards.

• Coordinate and schedule design resources, both internal and external, to meet project deadlines and marketing objectives.

• Monitor and manage the workflow of content production to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in content creation and distribution.

• Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to understand quarterly content needs and to ensure that content strategies are globally aligned and locally relevant.

• Assess and identify the need to flex up or down design resources based on project volume, complexity, and timelines.

• Stay informed on the latest trends in marketing channels and content production to continuously improve and innovate our content marketing practices.

What You Will Bring:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in content production, marketing, or a related field, with a strong preference for backgrounds in fintech or technology sectors.

• Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.

• Deep understanding of all marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing, with the ability to strategize and optimise content across platforms.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to work effectively across global and regional teams.

• Experience in managing both internal teams and external agencies/vendors.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with a flexible approach to meet changing demands and deadlines.
