Job
Responsibilities:
Manage feedback and complaint
cases
- Overseeing the follow up of feedback and complaints on clinical matters
- Overseeing the handling of medico-legal complaints to ensure proper investigation and input from staff concerned and where relevant, seeking views and opinions from specialists.
- Co-ordinate with lawyers, Medical Insurers and where relevant, Dental Officers/Dental Surgeons’ insurers to ensure closure of case, after addressing concerns of patient and family members.
Manage clinical related issues
- Manpower related issues raised by Dental Heads
- Assist in coordination of renovations
- Inventory control
- Procurement
- Coordinate and prepare for DOPEX changeover
- Oral Health Promotion
Policies and Procedures
- Maintain JCI / ISO documents.
- Review and prepare policies, procedures and work instructions for clinical processes in order to facilitate patient safety and quality care.
Prepare and update reports, minutes and presentation slides
- Coordinate meetings (include logistics and booking of venue) and writing of minutes
Dental Intranet
- Maintain and update information on intranet
