Full Job Description

SBF’s SBI is the Programme Manager for 4 Career Conversion Programmes. Under these programmes, SBI’s role is to market and manage the end-to-end process of the Career Conversion Programmes (CCPs).

You will play a critical role in driving the awareness of CCPs, managing outreach activities and processing applications to ensure the key deliverables for the programmes are met.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Assist with the marketing of the CCP programmes in accordance with the deliverables

• Create awareness of CCPs through EDMs, SBF website and other marketing channels
• Answer enquiries on CCP programmes
• Keep track and follow up with leads

2. Manage administrative matters such as:

• Assist companies with the required documentation needed for the programme.
• Ensure proper documentation for the programme funding are in place
• Ensure proper tracking on the number of companies and participants for the programme

3. Other administrative matters related to the programme

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Strong drive, proactive self-starter with creative mind
• Able to work within stipulated guidelines and deadlines to meet set objectives
