Full Job Description

Adecco is partnering with an established MNC in the Commercial Vehicle industry, and they are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join their team! The Senior Business Development Executive will be in charge of dealer and import management, as well as operational planning. You will be working on managing dealers internationally, building networks, as well as handling the planning and execution for business roadmaps.

The Job

• Assist in devising and evaluating strategies for market expansion to align with the company's growth objectives and introduction of new products.
• Provide support to hubs regarding market entry or termination initiatives.
• Create tailored guidelines or procedures for retail operations.
• Facilitate the establishment of importer agreements and appointments.
• Assist in the implementation of signage programs and endorse local sourcing vendors.
• Support the execution of action plans derived from Customer Satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure market preparedness for new product launches.
• Enforce dealer operating standards and oversee dealer audits on workshop and parts processes through Qualitative Requirement evaluations, while facilitating training for hubs and markets.
• Evaluate incentive program models and offer guidance to importers and dealers.
• Develop or enhance audit tools and dashboards to monitor QR audit progress.
• Contribute to defining long-term strategies for uptime and retail business applications.
• Assess workshop organization and processes for ongoing enhancements in turnaround time, dealer efficiency, safety measures, and reduction of idle hours.
• Identify and disseminate best practices in retail operations to facilitate shared learning among stakeholders.
• Provide timely management reports as requested.

The Talent

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Automotive industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Outgoing and passionate in Automotive industry.
