Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Distribution Services

Experience: More than 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize storyboarding, task analysis, and user research techniques to capture and develop user requirements pertaining to Distribution, including distributor onboarding, movements, and various compensation structures across different channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-channel teams to support and facilitate understanding of sales and distributor journeys.
• Work closely with business, technology, digital, legal, risk, and compliance teams to document requirements, provide design recommendations, and drive automation processes for efficient approval processing.
• Engage with developers and subject matter experts to ensure accurate development of user stories and meet acceptance criteria.
• Identify and document scenarios and user acceptance criteria, and assist in the creation and execution of User Acceptance Test plans.
• Support change management activities to ensure successful project implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in implementing and managing change requests in SAP Callidus or other Distributor Management Systems within the Life Insurance domain.
• Strong knowledge and experience in defining interface requirements for Life Insurance Policy Administration System implementations.
• In-depth understanding and practical experience in Life Insurance Policy Administration, distributor management, and related business processes.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, tools, and ceremonies.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand their objectives, and provide tailored services to meet their needs.
• Innovative thinking to develop creative solutions and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong analytical skills to operate effectively with incomplete or ambiguous data.
• Experience in developing business cases, requirements, and impact assessments.
• Familiarity with testing processes and hands-on experience in testing.
• Knowledge of process improvement and LEAN methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
