Salesforce Business Analyst

Full Job Description

• Gather, analyze and formalize users business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project
• Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications and adhere to project scope, update requirement traceability matrix, inform and record out-of-scope issues
• Develop technical design specification and translate technical design into process/program specification
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test & implementation activities
• Prepare user manual and operations manual, and plan & facilitate training of users and operators
• Provide post implementation support (including production support and service requests)
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and gap analysis of current business process to identify improvement opportunities

Ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• 3 years IT experience in business analysis and technical integration
• Experienced in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or SCRUM
• Experience in Salesforce product implementation.
• Good understanding of Product Implementation process and methodology
• Technology Familiar with MSSQL and .NET, Salesforce development tool.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Domain Familiar with Project Financial, Resource Management, Project management tools etc
