Sales Designer (Home Renovations)

Full Job Description

*Managing sales enquiry and understanding clients’ needs and renovation requests
*Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided
*Providing advice on space planning, design concept, materials selection and project scheduling
*Discuss and propose design to meet client needs and requirements.
*Close sales and prepare renovation contract
*Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure all renovation works are done according to plan and timeline
*Able to Work Independently
*Training provided


Candidate must be:
*Bilingual : English, Mandarin, Malay
*Sales experience preferable
*Self-driven and motivated individual
*Efficient, well organized and able to multi-task
*Responsible and people-oriented personality
*Great sense of ownership and responsibility
*Basic Salary + Commission (attractive income up to $10,000)
