Sales/Business Development - $3500 Basic + Comms

Full Job Description

• Achieve sales targets set by management.
• Represent the company as a recognized specialist in the construction industry .
• Actively identify opportunities and potential clients within the construction market.
• Maintain and manage excellent customer relationships , ensuring value delivery and understanding of customer needs.
• Evaluate potential new customers and submit thorough analyses.
• Build and maintain a network with stakeholders including Developers, Consultants, Architects, and Contractors .
• Embody the company's vision, mission, and values, emphasizing personal accountability and business acumen.
• Stay updated on site progress and provide accurate material forecasts.
• Maintain open communication with the leadership team on current trends and activities.
• Effectively communicate terms and conditions with dealers and customers to ensure timely payments.
• Provide monthly reports to the manager.
• Offer customized solutions to customers on a case-by-case basis.
• Provide support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry .
• Computer literacy.
• Demonstrates creative thinking and is highly self-motivated.
• Proven track record of successful personal salesmanship.
• Strong, assertive personality, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Class 3 Licence (Required to travel frequently around Singapore)

Additional Information:

• Work schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
• Working hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
