As a global SAP CoE Business and Solution Expert, you'll play a pivotal role in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs for global customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a key player in our CoE team, you'll leverage your expertise to bring our clients' business visions to life using SAP S/4HANA. Here's what you'll do:

  • Client Collaboration: Understand your clients' businesses deeply and provide strategic advice on maximizing the benefits of their SAP transformation.
  • Value Propositions: Proactively identify and address clients' business challenges by pitching compelling value propositions.
  • Pre-Sales Expertise: Hands-on experience in pre-sales processes, bid responses, and client presentations.
  • Leadership: Exhibit natural leadership qualities, foster strong customer relationships, and drive business development.
  • Global Exposure: Thrive in an international environment, collaborating with diverse teams across countries.
  • Effective Communication: Engage and inspire through strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Present confidently to senior client stakeholders, including CxO-level.
  • Adaptability and Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • SAP Ecosystem: Leverage your connections within the broader SAP ecosystem and relevant partner organizations.
  • SAP Finance Mastery: Excel in SAP Finance, with at least 5 years' experience in S4 HANA Finance.
  • Strategic Vision: Understand the strategic direction of SAP in your expertise domain.
  • Financial Services Focus: Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
