Full Job Description

A world-renowned Media and Tech company is looking to hire a Regulatory (Compliance) Project Consultant to be part of a global project focusing on regulatory mapping for the APAC region. This role sits within the Legal and Compliance division and will be on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan the regulatory mapping exercise for the licensed entities
• Map license entity regulatory obligations to the respective internal policies, procedures, risks & controls
• Work in close collaboration with the various stakeholders (i.e., compliance officers, risk managers, legal)
• Present to management team re the above process
• Provide support to the overall regulatory mapping maintenance framework by monitoring, performing gap analysis, and driving changes where necessary

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in one of the following domains - i.e., Legal, Compliance, Risk Management
• Background in a financial institution, regulator, or consulting (risk/compliance)
• Knowledge in regulatory notices SFA, HKMA, and SFC is ideal
• Experience in regulatory mapping and/or compliance risk management is a must
