The client is a global logistics company providing supply chain solutions across various industries, with a focus on efficient and reliable transportation and distribution services.

Job Description

• Manage and enhance AI systems for legal digitalization
• Draft and review commercial documents, negotiate contractual terms, and provide legal support for various regions
• Provide corporate legal advice and assist with corporate governance matters
• Support claims and disputes management
• Conduct legal research and provide training to legal and insurance teams

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in law with admission to bar society in any Asian & Middle Eastern countries or English law
• 2 years PQE ideally with a background in shipping or supply chain logistics
• Strong business partnering, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a compliance-driven mindset and commercial awareness
