To deliver services in an effective and efficient manner that meets the expectations of our clients and other stakeholders, the PwC network has established the Quality Management for Service Excellence (QMSE) framework which introduces an overall quality objective for the Assurance practise that is supported by a series of underlying quality management objectives.
Our system of quality management must be designed and operated so that these objectives are achieved with reasonable assurance. The achievement of these objectives is supported by a quality management process established by our firm and Assurance leadership, business process owners, and partners and staff.
As a project manager of this team, you are responsible to support in planning and overseeing the implementation of QMSE framework to the system of quality management.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the design and implementation of QMSE framework
Provide guidance and support to the business process owners and relevant stakeholders
Develop templates to ensure consistency of documentation
Manage QMSE Aura file
Update documentation relating to QMSE
Work with the QMSE testing team
Monitor progress and ensure timelines are met
Attend and participate in global calls and meetings
Liaise with global on QMSE related matters
Manage network review and regulator inspections
Provide updates and report on a regular basis to Territory Senior Partner, Territory Assurance Leader, R&Q leader, QMSE implementation leader and relevant stakeholders
