• Oversee ACMV project management, including schedule and direction, ensuring timely completion.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH Coordinator, and subcontractors.
• Control and monitor project budget, handling monthly payment claims, variation orders, and extension of time submissions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for payment responses and variation order claims.
• Conduct site visits to track project progress, analyze and prepare schedules, and propose contingency plans for site issues.
• Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, and client representative, ensuring proper resource allocation, documentation management, and successful testing and commissioning of the ACMV system.

Job Requirement:

• Candidates with related experiences and background studies are welcome to apply
• AutoCAD and Revit are plus point
