Full Job Description

As the Programme Manager at Extraordinary People Limited, you will assume a pivotal role in the facilitation and support of programme implementation. Your responsibilities encompass identifying gaps, analyzing data to discern patterns and opportunities, refining existing service models, and integrating structural changes at the systems level to accommodate a broader spectrum of special needs clients.

Supporting Programme Development:

  • Employ a structured methodology to collaborate with the programme team and stakeholders, fostering a deep understanding of client challenges and requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive grasp of client needs, continually refining programme implementation strategies.
  • Develop coherent plans to address challenges and enhance programme efficacy.

Programme Evaluation:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and reviews of programmes and projects, utilizing data analysis and research methodologies.
  • Engage stakeholders throughout the change management process, ensuring seamless transitions within the programme.
  • Manage inter-project interfaces across diverse stakeholders and sectors.
  • Oversee successful programme outcomes, including grants processing and rigorous fund administration controls.
  • Promptly initiate corrective actions and interventions to address programme gaps or issues.
  • Regularly report on programme progress to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Hold a degree in any discipline, with relevant professional experience (Preference for experience in social care (SPED) or the visual and performing arts industry, although not mandatory).
  • Possess strong organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, resilience, and tenacity in pursuing programme objectives.
  • Adaptability to fluid environments, with a flexible approach to work and the ability to thrive under pressure in dynamic settings.
  • Proficiency in basic grant management and financial skills to oversee programme budgets and evaluations.
