Full Job Description

As a key member of our product team, the Product Specialist will report to the Business Manager. This role focuses on driving the revenue growth of the Nuclear Medicine and Therapy Business Segments. Responsibilities include pipeline building and increase new sales growth, protect baseline and cultivating good relationships with technician, radiochemist, doctors, nurses working in the Nuclear Medicine department of the restructured hospital and institutions, and Private sector to achieve revenue growth for the division. The objective is to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and stay informed about industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize sales activities within assigned territories, identifying potential clients through research, networking, and diverse prospecting methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Exceed individual’s and team’s sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with new and existing clients by discerning their needs, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring they are kept informed of updates and promotions.
  • Diligently pursue and surpass individual and team sales targets by finalizing deals, generating revenue, and optimizing gross profits for the company.
  • Eloquently present and showcase the value proposition of the offered products or services to clients during sales pitches, trade shows, or other opportunities.
  • Discuss contractual terms with clients, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and the subsequent satisfactory fulfillment of client’ orders.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, product development, applications, technical service, administration support and finance departments to ensure full client satisfaction and convey customer feedback for improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Medical Technology / Biomedical Science / Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Radiation Physics
  • Proven experience in direct sales of medical devices > 2 years
  • Industrial experience and application/industry know-how in industries such as Healthcare, Research Laboratories or Institutions, Engineering services will be an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical products and their applications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and convey technical information to diverse audiences.
