Location: Tuas, West of Singapore

Summary of Responsibilities:

Procurement

• To lead savings projects for categories assigned to him/her by the Procurement Manager
• To identify suppliers, benchmark prices, specifications, terms and delivery dates to determine the optimum one to utilize.

Purchasing & Logistics (Supply Chain)

• To issue Purchase Order for packaging & indirect spend.
• Follow up with supplier regarding delivery & arrange shipment accordingly.
  

Requirement

• Min. 2 to 3 years of working experience in supply chain / relevant functions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills required; both verbal and written.
• Able to influence others.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must be a team player, willing to ask for help when needed, and focus on learning about what Procurement & Supply Chain entails and has to offer!
