  Responsibilities

  • To plan, lead, execute and review work activities and on-site projects
  • Co-ordinate and provide consultancy for environmental sustainable development projects
  • Preparation of design and technical specifications for tenders.
  • Conduct & involve in energy audit, Green Mark assessment and LEED Certification & compliance with environmental standards & regulations
  • Collaborate with your peers and ensure all assigned projects and contractual obligation are met within timely completion schedule and ensure delivery of quality service for clients.
  • Prepare tender documents for the bidding of environmental sustainable development projects
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

  Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Design, or its equivalent
  • At least 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to perform building energy saving calculations and sustainable simulation
  • Familiar in software such as ETAP or EPC
  • Experience in managing projects towards attainment of Green Mark Certification
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on individual who is positive, proactive and driven
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Meticulous and able to organise work effectively
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
